You closed a $4M showroom with 1,305 followers.
That is not the problem. That is the argument. A guy with 1,305 followers does not land a showroom full of exotics unless the relationships are doing real work.
So this is not a pitch about getting you leads. You have a way of getting work and it produces at a level most shops never touch. This is about the fact that none of it leaves a trail, and right now you are the only copy of it.
What I actually looked at
You told me I approached you like a kid instead of a business man, and you were right. So before writing a word of this I went through the account properly. Not a template. Your last twelve posts, your bio, your setup, who you tag.
Stek, KPMF, Inozetek. Full body Dynoshield, matte PPF, doorjams and doorbacks. Bentley, Aventador, LaFerrari, ZR1, G63, a stack of BMWs. Install work for shops like @wrapmotivedmv and dealership floors. That is a craftsman business selling to other operators, not a retail shop selling to walk-ins. You already said that. Your feed backs it up.
Your own feed already told you where the ceiling is
Twelve most recent posts. Ten of them landed between 52 and 187 likes. Two did not.
That shape is the whole point. Ten posts of genuinely serious work, Bentleys and an Aventador and a LaFerrari, all sitting on the same flat line. Then two that leave the chart.

Same account. Same 1,305 followers. Same week to week. One was a build story. One was properly shot. Neither was a better car than the Aventador that got 101.
You have 249 posts. Maybe three of them travelled. Every single job you take is already content worth ten times what it currently returns, and the footage is walking out of your bay every week either way.
The showroom cannot travel without you
You did $4M of cars on a dealership floor. That is the single best sales asset you own and it currently exists in three places: your memory, your camera roll, and the heads of the people who were there.
- No case study. There is nothing you can send the next dealership that shows what you did for the last one. You have to walk in and tell it again.
- No measurement. You called it Instagram campaigns. It is a personal account, so there are no insights at all. You cannot see which post put you in that room, which means you cannot do it on purpose again.
- No capture. No link, no email, no contact button. Anyone who is not already in your network has exactly one path to you, and it is a DM you may or may not see.
- No system holding the network. Ten years, an eight year shop, an exit. Those contacts live in your phone. You cannot see who has gone cold, who is due, or who you have not touched since before the sale.
What I would build
In the order I would do it. None of this changes how you sell. You still work the network, you still close face to face. This just stops it from starting over every time.
Measurement, first week
Convert to a professional account and set up what gets tracked. Which posts drive profile visits, which drive DMs, where the people who actually message you came from. Right now the channel that generates your entire business is running blind.
The showroom case study
One page built around the dealership job. What the floor looked like, what you installed, the scale of it, what it means for a dealer who wants their inventory protected before it hits the floor. Built so it lands on a phone in ten seconds, because that is how it gets forwarded.
Content aimed one tier up
Not more posts. Better ones, aimed at operators instead of the explore page. Build stories on the jobs you are already doing, shot properly, structured the way the M4 post was structured. Your feed already proved this works. It just happened by accident twice.
The network, in a system
Every dealer, shop, collector and past client from ten years in one place, with who is warm, who is cold, and who is due. Plus a capture path so a dealer who finds you at 11pm can reach you without hoping you check requests.
How we would know it worked
I am not going to promise you a number on your business. I do not have your margins and you would not believe me if I did. Here is what I would actually hold myself to.
- 90 days: you can name which posts brought in which conversations, because the tracking exists. Baseline is currently zero.
- 90 days: the case study has been sent to real dealer and shop contacts, and we can count how many opened it and who replied.
- 90 days: median post performance moves off the 50 to 190 band it has sat in for months.
- The only one that counts: a room you got into that you would not have gotten into. If that has not happened, the rest is decoration and I would tell you so.
Yes, the case study is a webpage
You are going to catch that I said you do not need a website and then proposed building you a page. So let me get ahead of it, because the distinction is the entire pitch.
A website sits still and waits to be found. Somebody googles wrap shop near me, lands on it, fills in a form. That is a machine for catching strangers, it is what you have never paid for, and you were right not to. Nobody finds a $4M showroom deal through a contact form.
A case study is a document you send. It only ever gets seen because you decided a specific person should see it. It does not replace the handshake, it arrives before it. Then it sits in that guy's phone while he thinks about it, and it goes to the partner you never met when he forwards it.
You are holding the proof of the difference right now. You did not find this page. I sent it to you, and it is doing a job a paragraph in a DM could not do. That is the same thing your showroom job deserves.
Everything else you said you have never paid for, I am still not selling you.
You said sell yourself, not the service.
So here it is. You told me to show you what I can do and I built you this instead of typing a paragraph back. Everything in it came off your own account in one sitting. The numbers are yours, you can check every one of them in about two minutes.
That is the actual service. Someone who goes and looks before he talks. I did not have that when I messaged you at 2am with a number I made up, and you called it. Fair.
If any of this reads right, tell me which system you would want first and I will scope it properly. If it reads wrong, tell me where and I will take the note.
